DAXLIFTER DXGL-LD series walking-style mobile glass vacuum lifter covers 5 standard models DXGL-LD300, DXGL-LD400, DXGL-LD500, DXGL-LD600 and DXGL-LD800 with load capacity ranging from 300kg to 800kg, all equipped with 360° manual rotation function, the first four models reach 3500mm maximum lifting height while DXGL-LD800 upgrades to 5000mm lifting height, powered by 2*12V lead-acid batteries (2*12/100AH for 300-600kg models and 2*12/120AH for 800kg version), which is a professional heavy-duty electric vacuum suction lifting robot specially developed for glass curtain wall installation, architectural facade construction, marble slab, granite and large flat panel material transportation and on-site mounting.
Adopting walking type manual drive operation method, this vacuum glass lifter realizes flexible all-terrain movement on construction sites, workshops and indoor decoration environments. The whole machine keeps 840mm fixed overall width for all specifications, with length adjusted from 2560mm, 2660mm to 2800mm according to different load grades. The front and rear wheels are configured in a hierarchical way: DXGL-LD300 and DXGL-LD400 adopt 400*80mm single front wheel and 250*80mm rear wheel; 500kg and 600kg models use 400*90mm single front wheel and 300*100mm rear wheel; the 800kg heavy-load model is fitted with two 400*90mm front wheels and 300*100mm rear wheels to enhance load-bearing stability. The vacuum suction cups uniformly adopt 300mm diameter specifications, with 4 cups for 300/400kg, 6 cups for 500/600kg and 8 cups for 800kg to guarantee uniform adsorption force and avoid glass breakage during lifting.
In terms of power configuration, the charger output is matched separately: 24V12A for DXGL-LD300, 24V15A for 400-600kg models and 24V18A for 800kg unit. The walking drive motor is 24V 1200W for 300/400kg and upgraded to 24V 1500W for 500-800kg versions; lifting motor power is 24V2000W for 300/400kg and 24V2200W for the rest three heavy-duty models, ensuring stable lifting, stretching and rotating actions under full load.
