Absolutely. Standard models cover 500kg to 10,000kg capacity and 1m to 16m lifting height. We also offer custom platform dimensions, special voltage options including 110V, 220V, 380V, 440V, and 60Hz, explosion-proof design, stainless steel construction, and roller or turntable top options based on your application.

Standard models typically require 7 to 15 working days after deposit. Customized units usually require 20 to 35 working days, depending on complexity. Sea freight to major European and US ports takes approximately 25 to 40 days. We keep popular models in stock for urgent orders.

The MOQ is one unit for standard models, and sample or trial orders are welcome. For OEM custom-branded units, the MOQ is five units per model. We also support mixed container orders, such as scissor lifts, stackers, and dock levelers, to help reduce shipping costs.

We provide a two-year warranty on the main structure and a one-year warranty on hydraulic and electrical components. We ship free common spare parts, including pumps, motors, valves, and seals, with your container. For technical issues, we offer 24/7 online support with video guidance; major markets have local service partners for on-site support.

Payment terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is available for orders over USD 20,000. Trade terms include EXW, FOB Qingdao, CIF, and DDP. We accept USD, EUR, and GBP. Alibaba Trade Assurance is available for first-time cooperation to protect your payment.
