This range includes DXGL‑LD300, DXGL‑LD400, DXGL‑LD500, DXGL‑LD600, DXGL‑LD800 models, with load capacity from 300kg up to 800kg, maximum lifting height 3500‑5000mm and 360° manual rotation for suction head. Powered by 24V battery system, walk motor output 1200‑1500W and lift motor 2000‑2200W. Overall machine width keeps 840mm, machine length ranges 2560‑2800mm, equipped with 4‑8 pcs φ300mm suction cups. This glazing robot is purpose‑built for large glass panel transporting, hoisting and positioning installation in curtain‑wall construction, window factory and glass deep‑processing workshop.
This portable glass suction lifter adopts walking‑style operation mode. DXGL‑LD300 /400 /500 /600 are fitted with 2*12V‑100Ah battery pack, while DXGL‑LD800 uses heavy‑duty 2*12V‑120Ah battery, matched with 24V smart charger to support long‑time off‑grid site operation. Heavy‑duty front and rear wheels adapt for rough construction ground: front wheel size 400*80 /400*90 mm, rear wheel size 250*80 /300*100 mm; DXGL‑LD800 applies dual front wheels for better heavy‑load passability. Multiple 300mm vacuum suction cups firmly grip flat glass, insulated glass and curtain wall glass. Stable vacuum system greatly reduces risk of glass cracking during material handling.
