Intelligent Vacuum Suction System, Safe and Reliable
The DAX-GL800 intelligent robotic glass lifter adopts advanced vacuum suction technology, equipped with 4 high-quality vacuum suction cups with a diameter of 300mm. Each suction cup has a suction force of up to 250kg, and the total adsorption capacity is as high as 1000kg, fully meeting the handling needs of various large glass. Each suction cup is equipped with an independent vacuum switch and vacuum pressure gauge, allowing operators to monitor the working status of each suction cup in real time.
The product has a built-in intelligent pressure holding system and power-off pressure holding function. Even in the case of sudden power failure, the vacuum system can maintain sufficient suction for more than 30 minutes to ensure that the glass will not fall off. At the same time, the system is also equipped with a low vacuum alarm device, which will automatically send out sound and light alarms when the vacuum degree is lower than the safety value, reminding operators to take timely measures.
Full Degree of Freedom Adjustment, Precise Positioning
DAX-GL800 has all-round motion adjustment capabilities, enabling precise positioning of glass:
- 360° electric rotation: The suction cup frame can rotate continuously 360° to meet installation needs at different angles
- 90° electric tilting: Can adjust the glass from horizontal to vertical state for easy installation
- Hydraulic vertical lifting: Maximum lifting height up to 3.5m, meeting high-rise glass installation needs
- Hydraulic side shift function: 100mm left and right side shift for fine adjustment of glass
All actions adopt proportional control with stepless speed regulation, operating smoothly and accurately, and can achieve millimeter-level positioning accuracy, ensuring seamless glass installation.
Flexible Movement, Adapting to Various Working Environments
DAX-GL800 adopts electric walking design, equipped with high-power drive motors and anti-slip rubber tires. The walking speed is steplessly adjustable from 0-3km/h, and the climbing capacity can reach 15%. The whole machine has a compact structure with a width of only 850mm, which can easily pass through standard doorways and elevators to enter indoor operations.
The product is powered by a 48V large-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery, with a battery life of up to 8 hours, meeting the needs of a full day's operation. The battery adopts a modular design and can be quickly replaced, further improving work efficiency.
